Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER: The individual identified by the name, address, and contact details provided at the time of ordering.

2. Subject Matter

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale and delivery of orders placed electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website sansarshop.com, pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Product Information

The essential characteristics of the product, the sale price, payment method, and delivery details are set out on the order summary page and in the order confirmation email. Products are luxury outerwear crafted from premium wool and natural fibre blends (alpaca, merino, yak wool, silk, etc.).

4. Payment

The order amount is collected via the payment method selected at checkout. All prices include VAT. Any local customs duties and taxes applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the BUYER.

5. Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days. Shipping is complimentary on all orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the delivery address. The SELLER cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs clearance in international shipments.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Return Conditions

6.1. In-Stock Items — Domestic (Turkey)

For in-stock items shipped within Turkey, the BUYER has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Returned in its original packaging with all tags (including security tags) intact
• Returned complete with all accessories.

Notice of withdrawal may be submitted by email to sansar.satis@hotmail.com or in person at our Istanbul store.

6.2. In-Stock Items — International

Due to international customs processes and logistical constraints, returns or refunds on the grounds of the right of withdrawal are not available for in-stock items shipped outside Turkey.

• The BUYER is strongly encouraged to review the size guide and material information in the product description carefully before placing an order.
• If the size does not fit or there is an issue with the item, the BUYER is entitled to an exchange. Exchange requests must be submitted to sansar.satis@hotmail.com with photographic evidence within 14 days of delivery.
• Shipping costs (outbound and/or return) for the exchange are borne by the BUYER.

6.3. Made-to-Order Items — Domestic & International

Items produced to the BUYER's specific measurements, colour, or preferences (made-to-order / custom orders) are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal, regardless of whether they are shipped domestically or internationally, as the item has been produced specifically for the BUYER.

• If the size does not fit or there is an issue with the item, the BUYER is entitled to an exchange.
• Exchange requests must be submitted to sansar.satis@hotmail.com with photographic evidence within 14 days of delivery.
• Shipping costs for the exchange are borne by the BUYER.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following circumstances:

• Products manufactured or personalised at the BUYER's specific request (made-to-order / custom orders) — see clause 6.3
• Items whose packaging has been opened after delivery, or which have been used or are otherwise unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds
• In-stock items shipped internationally, as set out in clause 6.2 above

8. Privacy & Personal Data

The BUYER's personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the provisions of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Data is used solely for order and delivery purposes and is not shared with third parties.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Turkey. Disputes falling within the annually determined monetary thresholds may be referred to Consumer Arbitration Committees.

10. Entry into Force

By confirming their order, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force upon order confirmation.
