Return & Exchange Policy

1. In-Stock Items — Domestic (Turkey)

For in-stock items shipped within Turkey, you may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date by exercising your right of withdrawal — even if there is nothing wrong with it. Size or colour exchanges are also available within the same period.

2. In-Stock Items — International

Due to international customs and logistical constraints, returns are not accepted for in-stock items shipped outside Turkey. If you need a different size or the item has an issue, an exchange is available, with the shipping cost covered by the customer. We kindly ask that you review our size guide and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

3. Made-to-Order Items — Domestic & International

Made-to-order items are produced specifically to your measurements and preferences, which is why they cannot be returned. If there is an issue with the size or the item, an exchange is available, with the shipping cost covered by the customer. This applies to all made-to-order deliveries, both within Turkey and internationally.

4. Exchange & Return Conditions

• Item must be unworn and unused

• Must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact

• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
